Sheldon is a creative storyteller with experience in sports, higher education, and brand communications. From competing under the Friday Night Lights in Texas, to capturing the bright lights of championship stages — Sheldon has experienced both sides of the game. With an ability to capture defining moments, he brings the same creative energy and vision to every project.
At LSU Athletics, Sheldon served as Director of Creative Content, leading production that drove record engagement across platforms for programs including Women’s Basketball, Track & Field, Baseball, and Football. He collaborated with influential athletes, Hall of Fame coaches, and elite brands to bring impactful stories to life. On Sundays, he continues capturing the game as part of the NFL’s Live Content Correspondent program, which included coverage at Super Bowl LIX.
At SASSO, Sheldon produces video content that helps clients tell their stories with impact. From concept development, filming, and post-production, he ensures each project is visually compelling, strategically aligned, and ready for any platform. He collaborates closely with creative, social, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life, blending technical expertise with a storyteller’s vision.
A graduate of LSU with a Master of Science in Sport Management, Sheldon considers it his certification in "elite ball knowledge." When the Orange, Texas native is not behind the camera, he is usually mentoring emerging creatives, watching games, curating music playlists, and working on his newfound pickleball game.
True to his nickname "Spike Lee," he brings style, creativity, and a love for storytelling into everything he does.
