Michael is the Chief Operating Officer at SASSO, bringing more than two decades of experience in marketing strategy, entrepreneurship, and organizational leadership. He began his career as a designer and agency co-founder, serving as Creative Director at the marketing firm he helped launch. He later joined Insperity, a nationwide HR services and technology company based in Houston, where he spent twelve years and ultimately served as Managing Director of Brand and Marketing Strategy before returning to his hometown of Baton Rouge.

Michael is passionate about helping businesses grow with purpose—connecting vision to execution, aligning teams, and delivering results that serve both clients and their communities. He holds certifications in digital marketing, customer experience (NPS), and executive communication, and brings both strategic insight and hands-on leadership to every engagement.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from LSU and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Belhaven University. Outside of work, Michael is a proud husband and father of three, and enjoys cooking, writing, sailing, traveling, playing golf, and serving in his church and community. He is especially passionate about continuous learning and mentoring others to reach their full potential.
