Morgan joins the SASSO team with a background that blends social media, project management, and brand storytelling. She got her college start by live-tweeting for the LSU Volleyball, Softball, and Women’s Basketball teams, where she quickly discovered her love for engagement and digital conversation. From there, she spent the rest of her college career jumping into just about any social media gig she could get her hands on, from other LSU sports to local fashion brands, sports recovery products, and even charity BBQ teams.
After graduating from the Manship School of Mass Communication with a focus in Digital Advertising, she kicked off her career as a Social Media and Account Coordinator, focusing on local community initiatives and healthcare advertising. During this time, she honed her passion for multi-faceted digital strategy, working across platforms like Meta and Google before eventually transitioning to the restaurant industry for an in-house experience.
Morgan went to serve as Marketing Manager of five distinct restaurant brands across the South, including Baton Rouge’s Rotolo’s. As a self-proclaimed foodie and chronic multitasker, Morgan gained hands-on experience across multi-level integrated campaigns. She designed and delegated projects such as in-store collateral, customer merch and giveaways, email marketing, app development, influencer relations, video production, event planning, public relations, and social media.
Throughout all of her roles, Morgan has come to value the importance of keeping big ideas organized, honest, and relatable…especially on an internal level. Even the smallest project-related detail can help spark conversation and drive the overall goals of the campaign.
When she isn’t at her computer, you can find her Facetiming her baby nieces, listening to a good true crime podcast, cooking up a new recipe with her fiancé, or reading the latest mystery/thriller.
Morgan is: Most likely to show you pictures of her three cats… even if you didn’t ask.
