PROJECT MANAGER

Details, details, details…and time management. Does this sound like you? Project managers are the glue that helps keep projects — and people — together. They are responsible for planning, organizing, managing and executing projects from beginning to end. The project scope can vary from single pieces of collateral to multifaceted, multichannel marketing campaigns, brand development, media campaigns, websites and more.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Do you love people, have great organizational skills and can think both strategically and creatively? The Account Manager is the bridge between the client and the agency. They are responsible for ensuring that the agency is meeting the client’s needs and working with all the key functions that go into creating the agency’s advertising output. They are constantly solving problems, managing internal and external communications, and driving projects to completion.

MEDIA BUYER

Does working with budgets, negotiating with media, being detailed with your planning and thinking analytically sound fun? We are looking for a talented and driven media buyer to help grow our clients’ brands through all forms of media placement and execution. The candidate must have experience with both traditional and digital media placement as well as a high desire to achieve. Minimum 2 years buying experience is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, or related discipline is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in planning and buying media (broadcast, print, OOH, digital/online, etc.) 
  • Experience with media-buying and research specific software

We're seeking a Media Coordinator to support our traditional and digital Media Buyers. You should be able to multi-task, be detailed oriented, and have the ability to work well with the internal team and clients.  If this sounds like you, then we would love to meet you.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, or related discipline is preferred

  • 0-2 years experience in media

  • Billing/Accounting experience is preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of Strata is a plus


 
 

PUBLIC RELATIONS SPECIALIST

Calling all PR aficionados! We are looking to grow our PR team with an experienced individual who can think of new and exciting ways to disrupt the industry. We believe in the solid foundation of the traditional approach but believe in building from that foundation and always looking ahead. You will need to be very skilled in written and verbal communication in how you shape public perception. While dining here as an employee, your plate will be filled with strategic writing (creative and factual), press releases, press communications, media pitches, building relationships, outreach, social messaging, maintain corporate image, events, research and much more.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in public relations, journalism, communications, marketing or related discipline is preferred

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Public Relations

  • Extensive experience with public relations campaigns, brand awareness, media relations, event activations, creative writing, social/digital integration and PR software

  • Excellent planning, time-management, and organizational skills

  • Excellent grammar and proofing skills

  • Professional oral and written communication skills (creative writing is a plus)

  • Proficient in research development
