Melanie’s passion for storytelling led her to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in History from Tulane University. She used her innate curiosity and love of weaving narratives into a thriving career in public relations and marketing, spanning countless industries.
Melanie boasts a wealth of experience working with brands within the eCommerce, healthcare, retail, restaurant, art, hospitality and fintech sectors. Prior to her role at SASSO, Melanie worked with companies including OverDrive, Williams-Sonoma, Inc., The Howard Hughes Corporation, FluentPet, PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans, New Orleans Entrepreneur Week and Abita Brewing Company. Her forte lies in assisting clients to hone their brand’s unique voice, fostering community engagement, and forging lasting connections.
She enjoys diving into new niche craft hobbies in her free time, directing Quadball tournaments, trying out new recipes and enjoying wine with friends on Bayou St. John.
