Andy is the kind of entrepreneurial problem solver who can turn a cocktail-napkin idea into a fully realized brand before most people finish their coffee. With 30+ years of experience spanning traditional and digital media, he’s built a reputation for blending big-picture thinking with sharp creative execution — equal parts strategist, ringmaster, and professional herder of ambitious ideas.
Before joining SASSO, Andy spent nine years running his own marketing firm after serving 15 years as a founding partner and creative director at an internationally recognized agency. Over the years, he’s partnered with brands like Diageo, Guinness, Smirnoff, Pabst Brewing Co., Flying Dog, Red Stripe, Luzianne, Reily Foods, Athletic Greens (AG1), and several scrappy startups that had more ambition than budget — the kind of challenge that demands creativity, resourcefulness, and smart execution.
Andy thrives in the space where creativity meets momentum: building brands, solving problems, managing chaos with suspicious calm, and somehow making the impossible deadline – achievable. He has a knack for bringing clarity to complexity, momentum to projects, and the occasional one-liner nobody sees coming.
Off the clock, Andy’s proudest production is his family. He married “up” 28 years ago — a strategic decision that continues to outperform expectations — and together they’ve raised three genuinely amazing humans. When he’s not brainstorming campaigns or pushing pixels around, he’s spoiling Seb, the family Goldendoodle, or enjoying his nightly bowl of ice cream, because creative endurance requires proper fuel management.
Andy is: Most likely to be wearing a hat.
