As one of the fastest low-cost automobile insurance providers in the country, GoAuto has long been known for saving people money. As they looked to establish a strategic growth plan into new states, their marketing approach and brand messaging needed to evolve. With brick and mortar store locations across various parts of the US, GoAuto wanted to quickly scale and utilize a more digital approach.

We discovered that GoAuto needed to better align their brand with their target market and enhance their digital and online presence in order to streamline customer experiences, while maintaining a human presence at the same time. We also determined that by utilizing more lead generations and e-commerce transactions, GoAuto could drive direct sales marketing channels with great efficiency.

Who is goauto?

We collaborated with GoAuto to construct a scalable growth plan. We started by developing a campaign to outline the benefits of GoAuto, highlighting their unique business model and demonstrating what saving money on insurance can do.

The Digital Road

Driving consumers to GoAuto’s digital platforms is key to converting visitors to customers. We worked with GoAuto to make all of their digital experiences more user-friendly, including their website, mobile app, quote process and self-service portal.

Engaging an Audience

Leaning into our goal to humanize insurance, we developed a digital media strategy to showcase GoAuto’s personality across social channels and create a community among customers.

Making an Impact

SASSO leads GoAuto’s media placement planning and implementation, researching target markets and strategy development to impact customers across both traditional and digital avenues.

Adapting to the Market

With a strong presence in Las Vegas and many Texas markets, GoAuto needed brand messaging that spoke to the city’s growing Hispanic market. Understanding the importance of communication with this audience, we created TV and radio spots to target areas of Las Vegas and beyond with Spanish language messaging.
