What gets you excited about your career?
"One of the most defining moments in my professional life was when a favorite client introduced me at a networking event to a potential new business prospect as, "The Client Whisperer." It really resonated with me, because at heart I'm a creative type, but nothing thrills me more than being able to help business owners solve complex marketing problems in a very disciplined, efficient way. As an account manager, part of my job is to shepherd projects, but a major part of it could be more accurately defined as Marketing Therapist. The client will always know their business better than anyone, so my role is to listen, help them define their challenges, and then act as their guide through the agency process to get to a place where they are making smarter marketing decisions with well-executed and timely campaigns."
