We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our dynamic advertising agency. As a Research Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance our efforts and campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to collect, analyze and interpret market research data to assist in the development of effective advertising strategies for our clients. You will work closely with the account management and creative teams to deliver actionable research findings that optimize our clients' advertising performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5+ years of research and strategy experience, developing data insights 
  • In-depth knowledge of data mining technologies and platforms/sources (e.g., SPSS, R, Excel, Harris Poll Tracking, SEMrush, Moz, Survey Monkey, Tableau, etc.) to manipulate and analyze large datasets
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including survey design, focus groups and data visualization techniques
  • Proven experience as a research analyst, preferably in an advertising agency or marketing research firm
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Experience managing focus groups and data contractors
  • Strong strategic, analytical, creative, organizational and personal skills
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms, digital marketing and social media analytics is desirable 
  • Commitment to working in a team-based environment
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work under tight timelines while maintaining attention to detail
